I'm not a huge fan of having to scroll and scroll for a lifetime to see what ingredients I need to prepare for a recipe. So, here's my recipe for Smore's Brownies!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Melted Semi-Sweet Choc Chips
1 Tsp. Salt
3 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Pack of Graham Crackers
2 Cups of Small Marshmallows
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the Oven to 350°F.
2. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring at 30 second increments until smooth.
3. Add the Vegetable Oil and Granulated Sugar and mix until smooth.
4. Add the Vanilla Extract and then the eggs 1 by 1, beating with a whisk or hand mixer until smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, flour.
6. Combine all remaining ingredients.
7. In a baking tray, line the bottom of the tray with Graham Crackers.
8. Pour the batter over the Graham Crackers and bake about 30-35 minutes or until ALMOST not gooey in the center (test with a toothpick).
9. Spread out the marshmallows over the top of the brownies and raise the temperature to 400°F. Bake until marshmallow tops are golden brown.
NOTE: I have made this recipe successfully without eggs by replacing the eggs with two medium bananas (all smashed up).
